By downloading, accessing, or using the FaceCard AI mobile application or web platform (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service immediately.

These Terms apply to all users, including event hosts, photographers, and attendees (“Users”).

2. Description of Service

FaceCard AI is a platform that connects event photographers, hosts, and attendees. Using AI-powered face recognition, the Service identifies users in event photos and delivers them securely for viewing and optional purchase.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use FaceCard AI. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the authority to accept these Terms.

4. User Accounts
• You must create an account to access certain features.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used fraudulently.

5. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You must not:
• Upload or share content that infringes on the rights of others, including intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Use FaceCard AI to harass, impersonate, or harm others.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, interfere with, or damage the platform.

6. Photographers & Event Hosts

Photographers and event hosts who upload media through FaceCard AI must ensure:
• They have obtained necessary permissions to capture and share event photos.
• They comply with all applicable privacy and intellectual property laws.
• Uploaded content is appropriate and free from nudity, hate speech, or illegal material.

FaceCard AI may remove or disable access to content that violates these guidelines.

7. AI Face Recognition & Matching

To deliver personalized photo results, FaceCard AI uses AI algorithms to generate encrypted facial data representations (“embeddings”).
• These embeddings are used only for photo matching within events the user joins.
• FaceCard AI does not sell or share facial data with third parties.
• Users may withdraw consent or request deletion of their data at any time by contacting support@facecard.ai.

8. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, app designs, and content within FaceCard AI are owned or licensed by CG Creative Group Ltd.
You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written permission.

Uploaded photos remain the property of their respective photographers or event hosts. By uploading, you grant FaceCard AI a non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, display, and distribute that content within the platform.

9. Payments & Licensing

If users purchase high-resolution photos or licenses:
• All payments are securely processed through approved providers (e.g., Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay).
• Purchases grant a personal, non-commercial license unless otherwise specified.
• Refunds are only available for technical errors or duplicate transactions.

Photographers are responsible for ensuring their pricing complies with applicable tax laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

FaceCard AI is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CG Creative Group Ltd. and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for conduct that violates these Terms or harms other users.
You may terminate your account at any time through your profile settings or by contacting support.

12. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may update or modify the Service and these Terms at any time.
Updates will be posted in-app and on our website, with a new “Effective Date.”
Your continued use of FaceCard AI after any changes means you accept the updated Terms.
