This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use the FaceCard AI mobile app and web platform (“the Service”).

• Photos and videos uploaded by photographers or hosts.

• AI-generated identifiers (face embeddings) used solely to match photos to registered users.
Note: These identifiers are not stored as raw facial images and cannot reconstruct your face.

c. Device & Usage Information
• Device model, OS version, IP address, and app usage statistics for performance and security.

d. Payment Information (if applicable)
• Processed securely through third-party payment providers (e.g., Stripe, Apple Pay).
• We do not store full credit-card details.

• Face embeddings are encrypted and deleted upon user request or inactivity beyond 24 months.

• Access, correct, or delete your personal data.
• Withdraw consent for face-matching at any time.

FaceCard AI is intended for users 16 years and older.

If a minor’s information is found in our system, it will be deleted immediately upon notice.
